Model calibration, uncertainty analysis, and scenario projections, linking field and remote-sensing data to process-based models.

Deliverables include calibrated models, scenario comparisons, documented assumptions, traceable data provenance, and estimates of uncertainty.

Carbon MRV

Data harmonization and quality assurance and control (QA/QC), model calibration and validation for soil carbon protocols, and reproducible reporting for review. I document methodological choices, assumptions, and uncertainty so reviewers can follow the analysis from data to results.

Data science and research software

I build workflows that teams can rerun and maintain, with documentation, training, and a clear handoff. Hands-on workshops and coaching help teams use ecosystem models, evaluate MRV workflows, and maintain reproducible analyses.

Working process

We start by defining the question, available data, constraints, and intended use. I develop and evaluate the analysis, document assumptions and uncertainty, and hand off code, documentation, and training so your team can continue the work.
